Women's Waterproof Jackets

A waterproof winter coat should keep you warm and dry in severe weather conditions.  Dubarry has a range of excellent waterproof winter coats which use a mixture of proven technology to keep you warm and dry from rain and perspiration such as breathable GORE-TEX lining and PrimaLoft® insulation.

Fully waterproof clothing will be made from fabric treated with a waterproof coating and have a waterproof membrane plus taped seams.

Waterproof clothing and jackets are designed to last, however can lose their water repellency over time if dirt or damage affects the water-repellent coating.

Coats made from, or lined with synthetic fabrics like polyester and GORE-TEX are waterproof. Certain fabrics, like tweed, are naturally water repellent or resistant but not fully waterproof. Dubarry has a collection of waterproof coats in different weights, suitable for all year around.

Coats that are made with water resistant fabrics and taped seams are good for rain. Dubarry make a range of waterproof coats with additional features such as rollaway hoods and storm cuffs that will further keep you dry.
