Orders

Dubarry endeavor to fulfill every order and typically ship within two working days of receiving an order. Where items are on back order at the US point of distribution, the lead time may be longer. On such occasions, Dubarry will notify you of any delay using the email address provided with the order. There may be rare occasions where we face stock shortages through circumstances beyond our control. Should such circumstances arise, Dubarry reserve the right to extend the lead time for fulfillment or extend the back-order period where appropriate and within reason. This does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the canceled order. Dubarry cannot accept liability for any costs in addition to the value of the canceled portion of the order.

Taxation

Tax is calculated according to the State to which the goods are shipped. We are required by law to collect tax on items delivered to States in which we have a nexus as defined by each state’s tax laws and at the tax rate set by the destination State appropriate to the product type shipped.

Prices shown are not inclusive of Tax. Taxes will be shown in your shopping cart during checkout, after you provide delivery address details. For orders to States other than those in which we have a nexus, there is no sales tax added to your order. Customers receiving orders outside the US borders are responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes due at the border to their chosen country of delivery. Dubarry cannot accept any responsibility for any such costs.

PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT STATE & COUNTRY IN THE DELIVERY FIELDS – Dubarry cannot honor any shipping or tax rates calculated if supplied addresses are not entered correctly.

Upon Delivery

Our couriers will not require a signature on delivery. You may provide a delivery address other than that of your home if you are not at home during the day. If you provide a work address, please ensure that the correct office/department/floor details are supplied.
