Returns policy for website, event, and Dubarry store purchases
If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Dubarry, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item if returned within 30 days of purchase/receipt, provided the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labeling and swing tags intact.
Please note the following:
- It is essential that any returned items, unless received faulty, are in a re-saleable, unworn condition.
- Postage costs are not refunded unless your item was shipped faulty or incorrectly.
- Web orders over $199 will ship with a pre-paid return label on the back of your invoice. If you did not receive a pre-paid shipping label, request one here and include your order number and name to request one.
If you return an item purchased online or at an event, for a refund by mail, please enclose a note stating:
- Whether your item(s) were purchased online or at an event
- The website order number when purchased online
- A copy of your receipt where purchased at an event
- The reasons for return
- Full contact details, including email address, postal address and daytime contact telephone number

Please note that if you purchased Dubarry items from a retail partner and not directly from Dubarry, you should return items to the retailer from whom the original purchase was made. Returns for warranty inspection
In the unlikely event of a problem with your Dubarry product, you must return them in the first instance to where they were originally purchased for an initial assessment. The next step will be for the Dubarry Customer Service Team to determine whether these goods should be repaired, replaced, or returned.
Where purchased directly from Dubarry, we advise that you first send picturesshowing any damage to us-info@dubarry.com . Please provide as much information as you can about your issue, as well as information about where and when you purchased the item and receipts or proof of purchase. We will advise you further after initial assessment from your images.
In instances where we advise you to return product to our US Warehouse, please do so in suitable packaging, and with documentation included from the list below.
It is very important to include your receipt, or where/when purchased and specific details about where our product has not met with your expectations. Don’t forget to include your full contact details including postal address and a daytime contact telephone number.
