Most orders placed before 2pm EST on a working day will be dispatched same day but check here for current dispatch time status notices.

If you select an expedited shipping option, please note, we do not dispatch on Saturday or Sunday so 2nd day and overnight services will be delivered based on next available dispatch day for orders and will not dispatch same day if placed after 2pm EST.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• FREE RETURNS PROMISE: Web orders over $199 shipped within the USA and not associated with other excluding special offers will ship with a pre-paid return label on the back of your invoice.

• If you did not receive a pre-paid shipping label, request one here and include your order number and name to request one.

• If your original order did not qualify for free shipping and you return your order for a refund, only the cost of the goods will be refunded and not your original cost of shipping, or your cost to return the item to us.

Where does Dubarry of Ireland, USA deliver to?

We deliver to the United States, Mexico, and selected countries in North, Central, and South America below, using the UPS shipping service.

Dubarry fulfillment of website orders is determined by contractual agreements that we have with our partners in most countries which entitles them to any commercial transactions emanating from that jurisdiction. In return they make the investment in stock, warehousing, staff, marketing, and distribution costs. All the relevant VAT/Sales Taxes are paid locally.

HOW MUCH DOES A DUBARRY OF IRELAND DELIVERY COST?

If your order is over $199 (excl. tax) then delivery is FREE! This is applied ONLY to the United States. You will see all delivery charges during checkout.

US DELIVERY TIMES

Our couriers deliver between 9 am and 5 pm on Mondays to Fridays only (not public holidays). You will receive an automated email on dispatch of your goods with tracking information if your order is shipped by UPS. For specific information on your order please log in to your account – The following are guidelines:

• All orders under $199 will be shipped using UPS Ground Saver

• Products showing as available are in stock at the point of distribution and will be dispatched within the stated dispatch time under shipping status

UPON DELIVERY

OUR COURIERS WILL NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. YOU MAY PROVIDE A DELIVERY ADDRESS OTHER THAN THAT OF YOUR HOME IF YOU ARE NOT AT HOME DURING THE DAY. IF YOU PROVIDE A WORK ADDRESS, PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CORRECT OFFICE/DEPARTMENT/FLOOR DETAILS ARE SUPPLIED.
